- What are your business opening hours ?
Our opening hours are based on Greenwich Mean Time ("+00:00 GMT"), we are based in the United Kingdom so please take this into account when trying to contact us. We are online from between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday and our phone lines operate from 9.30am - 3.30pm, Monday - Thursday and 9.30am - 3pm on Fridays. PLEASE NOTE: Our cut off time for orders is 2.00pm midday Mon-Fri (UK time).
Alternatively we recommend you email orders@My-Accessories.co.uk and a member of staff will normally get back to you within 24 working hours, we are normally much quicker than this and you can expect a response with 2 working hours.

- Do you need a special printer to create personalised gifts ?
Not at all, you can create personalised gifts including keyrings, fridge magnets, mouse mats, plates and clocks using any standard inkjet or laser printer.
- What is the best way to produce personalised gifts using your products ?
Pre-cut paper is available for most of our blank promotional products, saving you the need to cut out each gift as they simply peel away from the pre-cut paper, another alternative option is to use standard A4 paper and our Handheld Die Cutter which ar available in different sizes and shapes.
- Why can’t I find a product I am looking for ?
You can search for products by using our in-built search engine, eg. you could search for keyrings and it would show you all keyrings on our site, you can also search by product code, eg. C1 or alternatively you can call our sales team on 0845 838 7028 who will be more than happy to assist you further.
- Can I sell the personalised gifts I create to earn extra cash ?
You you can, this is a great way to gain a 2nd income, you could sell personalised gifts at many events including craft fayres, markets and other popular places such as online auctions including eBay.
Many of our customers have set up businesses online including eBay, shopping centres/malls and market stalls etc. and are making very high profits.
- What is the cut off time for orders?
Our cut off time is 2.00pm midday (UK time). We will make every effort if items are in stock to despatch yor order on that day by your chosen shipping method. Please note we despatch orders on working days only, Monday to Friday.
- How do you calculate delivery charges ?
Delivery charges are calculated automatically based upon weight, and a very small amount to cover our packaging costs. Unlike some companies we do not hide the cost of shipping within our product prices, as by charging shipping separately, this gives you, the customer the best prices possible.
- Are my credit/debit card details safe when ordering online ?
Your credit/debit card details are very safe as they are encrypted, all transactions are secured using an EquiFax certificate, when ordering online we strongly suggest you use secure sites such as ours, to know if a site is secure look for the padlock icon in the address bar.
- Are there any export duty charges for overseas orders ?
Depending upon which country the order is being shipped to there may be an import duty from your own country. Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This is managed by our carriers Dpd on a 'Pay on delivery' basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a dealing between 'you' purchaser and own countries Customs and Excise.
- Can I track my order online ?
You can track your order at any time by logging in to the ORDER TRACKING area of our website, you will need to enter the email address you used to place the order and the tracking number received via email after placing your order.
- How long do UK Main Land orders take to arrive ?
Delivery times vary based upon the shipping service you choose when ordering, we offer many options including next working day.
- How do you deliver our orders ?
We use various courier services to offer you the best price possible, shipping is based upon weight. We attempt to ship all orders same day if ordered online before 2.00pm GMT.
If you are ordering software you will also receive your serial number via email (do not forget to check your spam folder), if you do not receive this email within 48 working hours please let us know.
- Do you ship outside of the UK ?
We ship to most countries worldwide including the United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Australia and Europe
- What shipping options are available to me ?
Depending on your location and the weight of your order you will be prompted with the available shipping options during checkout, if you place and we receive your order before 2.00pm GMT, and providing all items are in stock, your order will be shipped same day. If you select the 24 Hour Shipping Option and you place your order on a working day your order will be delivered the next working day if ordered after 2.00pm on Friday and over the weekend your order will be shipped on Monday and if you select 48 Hour Shipping your order will take two working days to be delivered.
There is a maximum shipping charge of £8.95 for all addresses located within the United Kingdom Main Land.

- Do your prices include VAT ?
www.My-Accessorises.co.uk are VAT registered; our number is GB 857 513 211. We are required to charge VAT on all sales within the European Community; this includes the UK and most of Europe. If, however, a purchase is being made from an EU country other than the UK by a company that is VAT registered in its own country then, provided the purchaser provides us with a valid tax registration number before purchase, we can ship to them without charging VAT at source. Purchasers from outside of the EU will not be charged VAT but we cannot be held responsible for any duties or taxes that may be charged by their authorities on importation to their country.
- Can we collect our orders from your premises ?
You can collect your order in person however you must call 0845 838 7028 to make an arrangement prior to ordering.
- Why can't I add more than 1 product to my shopping cart ?
You must make sure you have sufficient privacy settings, we recommend you set your privacy settings to Medium on the Privacy tab in Internet Explorer, other browsers will vary, please consult your documentation.
- Which currencies do you accept ?
We accept Great British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Australian Dollars (AUD) and Euros (EUR), please choose your currency by selecting the appropriate country flag on our home page.
- How long do international orders take to arrive ?
International orders take between 2 and 5 working days for Euro 48 or International Scheduled services, and up to 14 working days for all other services.
- Which payment methods do you accept ?
We accept payments by PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards including; Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, cheques/postal orders made payable to 'My-Accessories.co.uk' or via online banking.
