Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque (from UK customers only), but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

All custom orders including but not limited to printing of promotional items and ordering non stocked items are non refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Prices

Goods are charged at prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based upon the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Availability of Goods

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for the order to be cancelled.

We offer an extended range of products which are obtained from our suppliers. These products are subject to suppliers stock availability and delivery dates made by the suppliers own delivery services. It is our policy to contact you to explain stock and delivery situations with these products. Again if you do not wish to proceed with the order we will arrange for it to be cancelled.

Product Images and Specifications

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images and specifications are correct at time of publication, they do vary. As such we cannot accept no responsibility for incorrect images/information.

Products Guarantee

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the original manufacturers guarantee, this is addition to the consumers statutory rights.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders cancelled* after despatch of the goods will be subject to credit (excluding postage, if FREE SHIPPING was offered then postage will be at the value of GBP8.95) only once the goods are returned to us and receipted back into our warehouse. If the items are accepted, opened and used the Distance Selling Regulations will apply however we must receive written notice within seven working days from the date the goods were received. In all instances, goods must be returned at your own expense as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, neither must the outer packaging show any damage or be defaced in any way. Should the item/packaging show any damage or be incomplete and defaced in any manor, the goods will be returned to yourself at your own expense and no refund will be given. All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee except those returned under the Distance Selling Regulations. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging. We recommend using a signed for delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items returned that are lost in transit.

* custom orders including printing of promotional items; software which has been unsealed and activated; and perishable food including but not limited to icing paper and edible ink (opened) are non refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances including but not limited to being included as part of a bundle.

Delivery Information

We use various courier services to offer you the best price possible, shipping is based upon weight. We attempt to ship Courier and Special Delivery orders same day if ordered before 12:00pm GMT.

If you are ordering software you will also receive your serial number(s) via email (do not forget to check your spam folder), if you do not receive this email within 24 working hours please let us know.

Delivery time is usually 1 to 2 working days from order (International Orders can take up to 14 working days), excluding holidays where delivery times may vary. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery of the goods shall be made to the customers address and the customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery, if goods are returned as undeliverable the customer will be responsible for return postage.

Damaged in Transit

As internal damage cannot always be identified on delivery, the customer must sign the drivers manifest as "UNCHECKED". Should any damage be identified on opening the package, www.My-Accessories.co.uk must be adviced within 72 hours of the exact damage. It is imperative that the customer does not dispose of any packaging as this will be required to affect a claim against the carrier. The claim will be handled by www.My-Accessories.co.uk and an arrangement will be made to collect the damaged goods and replacements will be sent. We cannot accept any claims for damage if the above is not followed.

Shortages

It is the customers responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages that delivered, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered equal the number of packages on the delivery drivers manifest/consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the drivers manifest and it is the customers responsiblity to thereafter notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Should the customer be missing an item but has signed for the correct number of packages the customer must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. The customer will be requested to provide us with a copy of the invoice aswell. The matter will be investigated and the customer will be informed of the decision, however our decision will be final.

Incorrect Goods

It is the customers responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. If the items are not as ordered, the customer must not open the manufacturers packaging or use the items. The customer will also be required to provide further information on what was received, eg. we may require the manufacturers part codes as a full description of what has been received. Should there be any extenuating circumstances that has prohibited the customer to remain within the specified time frame, resolution will be by mutual decision.

Non Deliveries

We will not accept liability for lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date. This will be the date specified via order tracking on www.My-Accessories.co.uk, we shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods, and goods damaged on delivery outside the reported time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented notification within the reported time scale. The extenuating circumstances must be by mutual agreement.

Warranties

All goods have a 7 day return to base warranty with the exception of computer hardware, including but not limited to printers which have a 30 day return to base warranty.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 48 working hours).
