I have received an incorrect item, what should I do ?
We apologies if this does happen as we do everything possible to avoid it but human error can occur. We will do everything in our power to correct the error as soon as we can.
We ask you to contact us first to advise of problem and then we will advise the best postage method to return items to us. Generally we ask you to arrange postage back to us and will refund postage costs. Please use the delivery returns label on the invoice that came with your order and simply affix postage. Should the item be to heavy to post then please contact us.
You must use the delivery method we tell you to use when you have contacted us, otherwise we may not be able to refund the postage charges. We will fully reimburse you for the cost of returning the item(s) back to us on the understanding that the item(s) have been supplied incorrectly. If we find the item(s) have been supplied correctly, a charge may be incurred for returning the items to you.
If you have ordered goods incorrectly and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you can arrange to return the unused order and we will issue a refund* excluding postage charges on receipt of the order. (All refunds will be issued to the same payment method used when placing the order, and if FREE SHIPPING was offered then postage will be at the value of GBP £8.95) Alternatively, we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you as long as we are notified within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging. We recommend using a signed for delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items returned that are lost in transit.
