I have changed my mind, can I return?

If you have changed your mind and no longer require the item, you are welcome to return to us within 30 days of receipt. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging so that they are in a resaleable condition. We recommend using a signed for delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items returned that are lost in transit. Return postage is at your own expense. Please include a note of your name and order number in the package, once received at our warehouse and checked a refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

I have ordered an incorrect item, what should I do ?

Sometimes mistakes happen and you you might have ordered the incorrect item/s, please follow below steps:

  1. Package item/s securely so that goods do not get damaged in transit. Please include a note of your name and order number.
  2. Return the items back to us, please be aware that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked service. The cost of returning the item to us is as at your own expense.
  3. Once item/s are received back into our warehouse and checked we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
  4. Re-order the correct items on our website.

 I have received an incorrect item, what should I do ?

We apologise if this does happen as we do everything possible to avoid it but human error can occur. We will do everything in our power to correct the error as soon as we can.
